A success close to home<\/span><\/h2>\n

One properly tagged twitter can make all big difference.<\/p>\n

I made the following quick tweet in a workshop break<\/p>\n

@smmscotland<\/a> Giving a #workshop on #<\/span>social<\/strong><\/a> media in #<\/span>Edinburgh<\/strong><\/a> today. This is where the magic happens! <\/em><\/p>\n

and this is what happened one minute later<\/p>\n

One simple properly tagged tweet on a serious subject written in a friendly tone and hey presto! inside one minute I had found a potential customer<\/p>\n

Verdict: good social media<\/p>\n

Facebook<\/span><\/h1>\n

Yo Sushi screws up<\/span><\/h2>\n

Responding to Facebook comments it\u2019s as important, if not more important, to attend properly to the negative and critical as it is the happy and satisfied.<\/p>\n

The writer of this article<\/a>, Amy Fowler,\u00a0 former loyal customer of Yo Sushi,\u00a0 got the brush off when she made a reasonable complaint. Happy customers, meanwhile, were greeted like old friends and fawned over.<\/p>\n
